WG2 proposal form instructions
The form http://anubis.dkuug.dk/JTC1/SC2/WG2/docs/form1.html is used for character and script submissions. For instructions, document points to http://www.dkuug.dk/JTC1/SC2/WG2/docs/N1502.doc. I have gotten some requests for clarification on the questions.
After looking over the instructions, I have a few suggestions for improvement.
0. The instructions should be in HTML format, so that it is accessible for people who don't have Word.
1. It should give question-by-question explanation of the items on the proposal form. These should come first in the instructions, with the other sections being appendices with more detailed information.
2. The BMP roadmap section should just point to the web document, so that it does not get out of date.
I suggest that we relay these to WG2 with a request that the instructions be made clearer.
