L2/01-351 is the same document with the mapping table as part of a large (1.5 MB) Word document

 

WG2 instructed IRG in resolution M39.26 to investigate creation of mapping tables of CJK ideographs and compatibility ideographs included in the BMP to their sources, including consideration of D P R of Korean sources.

WG2 invited the Korean ad hoc group in the 40^th WG2 resolution M 40.1 to prepare and contribute towards developing a set of Data Tables containing the sources for the CJK    ideographs in ISO/IEC 10646-1:2000 for consideration by the IRG.

 

With this relation, D P R of Korea submitted the proposal to add 18194 Hanja to ISO/IEC 10646-1:2000 CJK Unified ideographs and its Extension A to IRG #17 and then it was reviewed and considered.  Therefore IRG required DPR of Korea in IRG #17 Resolution M17.3 to submit our Hanja to be included in future amendment of ISO/IEC 10646-1:2000 to WG2.

 

Therefore, D P R of Korea propose officially to create vertical column for adding 15007 ideographs to CJK Unified Ideographs of BMP and 3187 ideographs to its Extension A which were reviewed and confirmed by some experts including Mr. John Jenkins in IRG #17.

 

D P R of Korea proposes to use the same principle as CJK Unified Ideograph naming.

 

And D P R of Korea proposes to add following text into ISO/IEC 10646-1:2000 clause 27(304p).

 

“Hanja  KP sources are

                      KP0　　KPS 9566-97

  KP1　　KPS 10721-2000”,

 

And  into ISO/IEC 10646-1:2000 Annex S.1.6 (987p).
