For historical reasons, the documentation for the UCD is split across 4 files:

DerivedProperties-3.2.0.html

PropList-3.2.0.html

UnicodeData-3.2.0.html

UnicodeCharacterDatabase-3.2.0.html

This is clumsy to maintain, and prevents a more natural organization of the material. In addition, we do not permit links between different files in the UCD (since they have to be in two directories, the Latest directory and and Update directory), so we can't have links between related material.

I propose that we merge the first three into the last one. We can keep around stub files, containing simply a notification of where the material has been moved, then drop those stub files after an appropriate time.
