Handling of ISO/IEC TR 16452 L2/07-270.

L2 supports by unanimous consent the position of the Netherlands national body stated in document SC22 N 4231:

TR 14652 is flawed beyond repair, and all work on this document in SC22 should completely be stopped and abandoned;
hence: the 14652 project should formally be canceled by SC22;
if SC35 wants to build on the remains of 14652 then SC35 should produce an NP to do so and gather sufficient participation to start the work
L2 opposes the transfer of an 'active' (i.e., non canceled) 14652 project to SC35.
