We should add this as the preferred alias for the Inherited script by making the following change in http://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/PropertyValueAliases.txt

plus appropriate changes in UAX #24 (http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr24/tr24-12.html, mostly section 3).
