Michel has deployed 16.0 French charts to:
Liang has been assigned to integrate the source files into the repo.
The chart index page (https://unicode.org/charts/fr/) and name index page (https://unicode.org/charts/fr/charindex.html) are still in 15.1, and will be updated later.
It’s a known issue that the inter-paragraph spacing on cover pages was lost. Will be fixed for beta review.
We expect the chart production to be smooth.
After this UTC, once Michel has finalized the source files, Jan and Liang will produce the beta charts for publication. Liang will work with Greg to deploy the files.
The private representative-glyphs repo is now published as a private npm package. This simplifies how other internal projects can depend on this resource.
Jan and Liang have been experimenting with the chart production workflow, and have successfully reproduced the 17.0 alpha charts from the source repo.
