and General Information

1. Meeting logistics:

Due to a number of other events going on on campus, we have to switch rooms a few times. We will be in buildings 44 and 43, which are right next to each other:

  • Tuesday 8/20           -   10:00am - 5:00pm    -   44/3600 (Building 44)
  • Wednesday 8/21     -     9:00am - 5:00 pm   -   44/2200 (Building 44)
  • Thursday 8/22          -     9:00am - 5:00 pm   -   43/3600 (Building 43)
  • Friday 8/23              -      9:00am - 5:00 pm   -   43/3600 (Building 43; same room as the day before)

Net access will be available for everyone.

2. Driving Directions:

Driving Instructions to Microsoft from Sea-Tac International Airport Via Interstate 405:

  • Leaving the Airport, follow the signs TO FREEWAYS; this puts you northbound on HWY 99
  • Turn right onto HWY 518
  • Follow signs to Interstate 405 - Go NORTH on 405 for about 14 miles through Bellevue
  • Take EAST HWY 520 - Redmond exit
  • Take NE 40th ST Exit
  • Turn right onto 40th ST
  • Turn right onto 156th Ave NE
  • Turn right at NE 36th ST, and follow signs to parking for buildings 43 and 44 (if you miss this turn, turn right at NE 31st ST, then right again into the complex for Buildings 42-44, and follow signs to parking.)

***NOTE: Due to increased security on campus, all visitors must now park in Visitor Parking and register their car with Reception each day or risk being towed. This is different than in previous years.
