HP's ZKO facility is located at Exit 1 off Route 3/Everett Turnpike in Nashua, NH:

There are three buildings at the ZKO facility, in this order as you come up the site road:

The UTC will meet each day in the Hoare Conference Room in ZKO3. That building will be at the first left turn after you pass the Compaq sign.
(Yes, as of this writing, the external site sign still says Compaq, although all signs inside the building say HP.) After taking that left turn, follow signs to the ZKO3 lobby. You can park in any of the four available parking lots for this building.
You can fly into either Boston's Logan Airport or Manchester, NH. The latter is much easier for getting to and from the meeting site, but there are fewer available flights into and out of it.
1. From the airport follow signs to Interstate-93 (I-93) North.
2. Follow I-93 North about 10 miles to Exit 37B (I-95 South/Route 128 South/Waltham).
3. Follow I-95S/128S about five miles to Exit 32 (Route 3 North/Middlesex Turnpike). Note that this exit has two off ramps. The first is for the Middlesex Turnpike -- DON'T take that off-ramp! Take the second off-ramp onto Route 3 North.
3. Follow Route 3 North about 20 miles to New Hampshire.
4. Take Exit 1 onto Spit Brook Road.
5. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Tara Blvd (the street sign is small and slightly dented, so the sign is easy to miss, but the traffic lights are easy to find).
6. As you turn onto Tara Blvd., you'll see the Compaq sign. Follow the road, looking for signs to the ZK03 lobby.
1. Follow exit signs out of the airport, and then turn right at the traffic light onto Brown Avenue/Rt. 3A.
2. Follow Rt. 3A 1.25 miles to I-293N/Rt. 101W. Just after you get on the highway, 293 and 101 split, so MOVE LEFT IMMEDIATELY to take the Rt. 101W branch (To Bedford/Nashua).
3. Next, STAY RIGHT to exit immediately onto the Everett Turnpike South (Merrimack/Nashua).
4. Relax. The hard part is all done. Just follow the Everett Turnpike South (which includes a 75-cent toll) about 18 miles to Exit 1 (Spit Brook Rd./South Nashua).
5. Turn right onto Spit Brook Road and at the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Tara Blvd (the street sign is small and slightly dented, so the sign is easy to miss, but the traffic lights are easy to find).
7. As you turn onto Tara Blvd., you'll see the Compaq sign. Follow the road, looking for signs to the ZK03 lobby.
The Sheraton Tara is within walking distance of the ZKO facility, and is definitely the most convenient for the meeting, but I'm listing some others in case people want to add to their Frequent Guest points
at other chains.
All Exit numbers indicate the exit numbers along the Everett Turnpike/Rt. 3.
Since ZKO is located at Exit 1, the hotels at Exit 1 are the closest to where we'll be meeting.
