Change likely script for Bassa from Bassa Vah to Latin?

Reported by: sascha Owned by: sascha

Currently, CLDR has this entry in common/supplemental/likelySubtags.xml:

	<likelySubtag from="bsq" to="bsq_Bass_LR"/>
	<!--{ Bassa; ?; ? } => { Bassa; Bassa Vah; Liberia }-->

However, according to Wikipedia (which quotes an offline book as reference): “[The Bassa script] is not used contemporarily and has been classified as a failed script.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bassa_alphabet

Online sources, for example http://cefliberia.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/BassaDict.pdf, seem to use Latin as well. However, this could of course be caused by the lack of keyboards and fonts.

Anyhow, if Wikipedia is correct, we might want to consider changing the likely script subtag for the Bassa language, from Bassa Vah to Latin. If this change is done, the exemplar data files would need to be renamed as well.

I’m not confident at all. Postponing to a future release.
