Hangul script listed under 'und' in charts?

A colleague today pointed out that the languages and scripts chart (http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/dev/supplemental/languages_and_scripts.html) lists the Hangul script under the language tag 'und'. The Korean language (ko) has script Kore, which is unsurprising, although that script is a synthetic script comprised of Hangul + Han ideographs. It looks like a mistake not to have Hang under ko.

In glancing at the 'und' list I notice that some of the other scripts listed there might reasonably have language tags. For example, Osage might have the tag 'osa' applied to it.

  • Xref set to 1967

Osage is due to:

<language type="osa" scripts="Latn"/>

so… Osge should probably be added as a script.

As to Kore and Jpan for that matter, I would think these should be "Expanded" based on metadata.

… which i guess i complained about not having such metadata years ago in ticket:1967 and never implemented
