Hello!

I would need a ru_RU locale from CLDR 28 with modified collation order:
[reorder Cyrl others digit]

Could you please send me that.

The reordering can be done programmatically in ICU, or by just patching the XML source if CLDR is being used directly.

Excuse me but what tool should be used to generate CLDR locale file after ru_RU.UTF-8.src is created? (i.e what is the next step after GeneratePosix.jar and GenerateCharmap.jar?)
