Description

Currently in Russian (ru), the Islamic calendar data for month names only has full names (and digits for narrow). One of our language experts suggested the following for abbreviated based on the model of the corresponding English and Arabic abbreviated names:

"Мухаррам"          => "Мух."
"Сафар"             => "Саф."
II"
"Раджаб"            => "Радж."
"Шаабан"            => "Шааб."
"Рамадан"           => "Рам."
"Шавваль"           => "Шав."

Also lowercase the month names in non-gregorian calendars to match gregorian.

Replying to pedberg:

Also lowercase the month names in non-gregorian calendars to match gregorian.

Following the model previously discussed for Ukrainian, the roman numerals in month names (Hebrew and Islamic calendars) are not lowercased.
