Short decimal format incorrect for Danish language

Description

'td' is an incorrect abbreviation for tusind (thousand). Danish speaks usually use 'K'. Likewise, 'bio' is an incorrect abbreviation of billioner (trillion).

We don’t recommend this change. “K“ is slang in Danish and typically tied to users in the larger cities.
We have consulted Dansk Sprognævn and they recommend using “t” (not capitalized and no period). So this would be our suggestion for the change in CLDR.

Suggest we resolve this in Survey tool.

K is kelvin and t is tonne. Neither can be allowed to be used for short decimal forms for any language, and should give error messages in Survey tool.
