Wrong examples in date field symbol table

Description

In the date field symbol table on http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr35/tr35-dates.html#Date_Field_Symbol_Table the examples for the date period fields (a, b, B) include the hour. This is wrong - the date period only contain the period name, e.g. "AM".

So "12 am." needs to be changed to "am.", "12 midnight" to "midnight", "3:00 at night" to "at night", etc.

I'm not sure how this applies to the input skeleton symbols j and C, because I do not fully understand the algorithm for handling these symbols. As far as I understand, the example output depends on the availableFormats skeleton including "h", i.e. they may include other strings than just the hour symbol and the day period name.
