Description

There are five characters missing from the auxiliary set for Arabic language, three of which we're certain about modern usage.

Original discussion: https://github.com/w3c/alreq/issues/107

U+0671 ARABIC LETTER ALEF WASLA

Example usage in poetry in a book on Sufism: https://books.google.com.eg/books?id=WpByAgAAQBAJ&pg=PA162&dq=%D9%B1&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiPkauQ85zTAhVEPhQKHf6iBHEQ6AEIRDAG#v=onepage&q=%D9%B1&f=false

U+0670 ARABIC LETTER SUPERSCRIPT ALEF

Used in certain Arabic words such as هٰذَا this or ذٰلِكَ that, and not forgetting اللّٰه Allah.

Ref: https://r12a.github.io/scripts/arabic/block#char0671

U+0654 ARABIC HAMZA ABOVE

https://r12a.github.io/scripts/arabic/block.html#char0654

U+0653 ARABIC MADDAH ABOVE and U+0655 ARABIC HAMZA BELOW

These two are used plenty in their composed form with ALEF, so will appear in a NFD form, but not much in NFC. Not sure what's the policy in this case. Please advise.

We tell people to use NFC text for comparison with exemplars. So if U+0653 ARABIC MADDAH ABOVE and U+0655 ARABIC HAMZA BELOW don't really occur outside of that, they should not be added as stand-alone.

Cool! So looks like we need to add U+0654, U+0670 , U+0671 to the exemplar. Would you need more documentation for that?
