Description

I'm sorry if this isn't the appropriate place, but I could not find any other way of contacting the appropriate people. My CLDR Unicode account (http://unicode.org/cldr/apps/survey?pw=cm.lZY7tU&email=d.u.thibault@bigfoot.com) is currently locked for unknown reason, and I need to change my e-mail (to the one I sued to open this ticket). How do I proceed?
