CNH currency code is used to represent the Chinese Yuan (CNY) when trading offshore.

According to Wikipedia is's an unofficial (non-ISO) currency code: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217#Unofficial_currency_codes.

In several places it's being used to represent this currency:

We don't use non ISO4217 currency codes in CLDR.

We need to discuss this. I think we have added codes in the past if they were widely used in practice.

We decided to add, given that we have a fallback approach if ISO ever defines a conflicting code.
