Reply from old forum post has a dangling parent ID

Description

Reply from Old forum post created a valid post, but it has a dangling 'parent post ID' ( "parent": 5620, ). The main risk would be that if 5,618 more posts happen in the Korean forum, the SurveyTool might start attaching your new post to the wrong parent.
(The parent id #5620 pertains to the CLDR v30 forum post, and so if there is someday a forum post #5620 in CLDR v32 then your post will be attached to that one.)
Can you file a bug for this? I can fix the Javascript so that it doesn't attempt to connect the new posts to the old. I can fix the new posts to disconnect them later. (They will be easy to find automatically, because the "parent" post wont' match the "child")
