Portuguese (Brazil) - Votes not imported and unable to make changes to locale

I've checked the tool and I was able to log in, but I wasn't able to import votes from last year. Also, locales are not displayed on sidebar by default, as opposed to instructions provided. I have to find and select "Portuguese" via the search box, but CLDR tool shows the message "You may not make changes to this locale" when I access an item to vote for it. Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi! I tested account credentials internally + with our PM and you should be able to access the ST (and correct locale) now.
Please find comments shared with PM below:
The translation guidelines have been refreshed, to make sure the message "You may not make changes to this locale" is clear

It appears to be working now.

I reset the locale to be "pt" (pt_BR is the default content locale, and shouldn't be used). The tool should have prevented entry of pt_BR and similar locales, so I filed ticket http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/10363 for the future.

Please try it out and reopen this bug if there are problems.
