Review and correct plural rules if necessary for new moderate languages:
Assamese (as), Odia (or), Pashto (ps), Sindhi (sd), Turkmen (tk).

(This was part of adding these new languages, but is broken off from the original task here.)

This was based on gathering translated phrases via spreadsheets for selected numbers.

Next steps


  1. Integrate the new rules and examples into CLDR.
  2. Generate lists of examples from 0 to 128.
  3. Refine rules as necessary.

    • fractions below and above paradigm numbers with different categories, including 0, 1, 2.
    • fractions with 1, 2, and 3 digits

Revised the WritePluralRulesSpreadsheets to work better. Results are in:

From the feedback of the rule results, the only change needed is for 'as': Everything else is ok.

In the sample the term "আপুনিসেইটোপঢ়িব " is actually three different words. It should be "আপুনি সেইটো পঢ়িব".
