Do we really need those Gravatar images in ST?

Description

Only applicable to people who use the List Users function or manage ST accounts... For each user, there may be a little picture. If you list all of your users, the function that fetches those pictures calls out to gravatar.com. I frequently load "all users" and it seems to make hundreds of calls to gravatar.com looking for images. It's noticeably slow to load the page because of that. I'm not sure if this could be solved by caching, for example?

Rick to check in code and see where this is being called; suggest possible fix.

A fix to short-circuit the calls out to gravatar.com could probably be easily applied in the JS files:
tools/cldr-apps/WebContent/js/modules/usermap.js
tools/cldr-apps/WebContent/js/survey.js

Functions are createGravatar16(user) in usermap.js
and
createGravitar(user) in survey.js

The former would probably just return: return $('<span></span>');

The latter would probably just return: document.createTextNode();

FWIW, I just ran "show users" in ST, not including locked users, and my machine here made 146 calls out to www.gravatar.com.

also shows in forums.

We could *remove* the gravatar from the list users and only show it in the forums.
