What exactly is the problem? The only ones being blocked I see are actually spam.

What exactly is the problem? The only ones being blocked I see are actually spam.

I found a post from 2 days ago that was blocked. I've marked it as not spam.

Update on 7/10
On 7/7 we asked 002vendor.com linguists to refer to http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/prefs and fill in their name and email address to improve their score.
Issue still detected for all @002vendor.com linguists, not being able to submit / refresh tickets through the ST as they are permanently detected as spam - message seen: "submission rejected as potential spam (Akismet says content is spam, BotScout says this is spam)"
