Remove Interlingua (ia) from Sweden (SE)

CLDR guidelines require a language to be of some importance to be noted; all languages shouldn't be included. In the list for Sweden (SE), Interlingua (ia) is included at .0%. Virtually no one speaks the language. Yet, because it is included, when relying on CLDR as a tool to decide what languages to serve, it might be prioritised higher than German, French, Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, Arabic or other languages widely spoken in Sweden, because Interlingua is included and they are not.

Speaking of constructed languages, there is some interest in Esperanto in Sweden, see http://esperantosverige.se/, but it is very small.

Admittedly there is some interest in Interligua as well, see http://www.interlingua.nu/, but it is microscopic.

I agree with the request here. See ticket:9938.
