CLDR Ticket #10726(new unknown)

Mistake in yesstr and nostr in mr.xml, a regular colon should be used there.

Description

http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/browser/trunk/common/main/mr.xml#L8485

contains:

<posix>

<messages>

<yesstr>होयःहो</yesstr>
<nostr>नाहीःना</nostr>

</messages>

</posix>

That looks wrong, the ः U+0903 DEVANAGARI LETTER YA which
looks like a colon “:” seems to be used here to separate the
full words for “yes” and “no” from the single letter responses.

But a regular colon should probably used there, like in en.xml:

<posix>

<messages>

<yesstr>yes:y</yesstr>
<nostr>no:n</nostr>

</messages>

</posix>

I guess one should be able to parse this automatically into
the full “yes” and “no” strings and the single letter responses.

There is a very similar problem in km.xml,
an unusual character looking somewhat like a colon
is used as a separator between the full words for "yes"
and "no" and the single letter responses.
