Misleading plural examples for cardinal 'few' and 'other' in Romanian (ro)

Reported by: flodolo@… Owned by: mark
Component: charts Data Locale: Romanian (ro)
Phase: spec-beta Review: flodolo
Weeks: Data Xpath:

Source: http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/dev/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html#ro

'few': 0, 2~16, 101, 1001, …
rule: n = 0 or n != 1 and n % 100 = 1..19

'other': 20~35, 100, 1000, …

Is there a reason to use seemingly random numbers (16, 35) in the description of the rule? Romanian is not the only case, even Italian has 2~17, so I might be misunderstanding the goal or meaning of the Examples column.

For example, I would expect for Romanian:

'few': 0, 2~19, 101~119, …
'other': 20~99, 100, 120~199, …

The examples are generated programmatically, and are not comprehensive. This is really a chart bug, so recategorizing.

I couldn't find a way to comment directly on the line, but there's a stray "if you" at the end of the new paragraph.

Besides that, the change looks good.

Confirming that r13984 looks good. I hope I'm doing the right thing by closing the ticket (discovering pieces of UI every time I come back…)
