Trac process for "fix in survey tool"

Description

I have an idea to address those tickets that really should be addressed in the survey tool and do not get tracked once it's set to "fix in survey tool", and it's a lot of work for someone who's not already involved to contribute in the survey tool.

Current Trac workflow:
Resolve "Fix in Survey Tool" goes to closed.

Change to:
Resolve "Fix in Survey tool", go to assign a Reviewer

Reviewer would: post a forum to start the conversation with the vetter and close the ticket.

  • Milestone changed from UNSCH to 34

Handle by changing the process:

  1. Assign ticket to SurveyTool.
  2. At the same time, assign a Reviewer.

The reviewer starts forum discussions/reviews the activity in the Survey tool

  1. Reviewer sets it to “fix-in-survey-tool”.
  2. Closed

Assign to myself to test out this process with an actual ticket.
