Unicode 11 beta (data from apr03) merged into trunk. Mark has reviewed the branch changes already.

Keeping this open for new Chinese collation & transliteration data after Peter fixes the tools for that, see ticket:10497.

Markus, the collation/zh.xml changes are wrong. The stroke, stroke-short and pinyin (but not pinyin-short!) collations are missing some important characters, like

  • 乛 \u4E5B
  • 冂 \u5182
  • 刂 \u5202
  • 卜 \u535C

etc.

These were present in the versions of the collation data that I generated for testing after making my unicodetools changes to
unicodetools/org/unicode/draft/GenerateUnihanCollators.java
in unicodetools r 1468

I retraced my steps and got a different answer this time. No idea why. See r14130
