Description

Original issue:
https://github.com/angular/angular/issues/22714

"Angular" uses this repository to format the localized currencies/numbers. I've encountered an issue where using the Hebrew currency format \u200f-#,##0.00 ¤ from this repository causes negative currencies to be displayed as "5,000- $" instead of "$ -5,000" which is the correct form.
