It looks nice, but we really need to talk to someone about how the numbers work. Those online resources rarely handle stuff beyond just how to count. Knowing the ordinals and what grammatical properties affect number pronunciation of cardinals are important. That page isn't clear how thousands are handled.

After writing some of the initial RBNF rules many years ago, I also learned more recently that writing these rules without a native speaker is ill advised. I tend to use online resources as a spot checker and not a primary resource. If you are in contact with a native Assamese speaker, I'd be happy to talk to them about this topic. Until then, I'll wait on this ticket. I may resolve this as "needs more information" if I don't get a usable basic set of rules after a while.
