ia: allow lowercase for currencyName category

Reported by: Martijn Dekker <vice-secretario@…> Owned by: pedberg
Component: casing Data Locale: ia
Phase: rc Review: srl
Weeks: Data Xpath:
Xref:

Description

In interlingua (ia), currency names should be in lowercase, like in most of Interlingua's source languages (all except English and German, i.e. French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Russian).

Please allow lowercase for currencyName in ia, so the warnings go away.

I am filing this ticket in accordance with the instructions in the warnings, such as the one quoted from here:

[warn]The first letter of 〈corona danese〉 is lowercase, which differs from what is expected for the currencyName category: that almost all values be titlecase. For guidance, see http://cldr.org/translation/capitalization. If this warning is wrong, please file a ticket at http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/.
