Description

In CLDR, we treat Tagalog and Filipino as aliases. But apparently that's not true.

For example, see the comments posted by fredrik on https://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/11066#comment:2, where it says "For Filipino, country names are commonly referred to in English, in contrast with Tagalog, where mostly everything is translated."
