Short date format for Dutch not consistent between 'generic' and 'gregorian'

With CLDR 34, the short date format for Dutch ('nl') was changed to 'dd-MM-y' in the Gregorian calendar ('d/MM/y' for 'nl-BE').

However, the short date format for the 'generic' calendar is still 'dd-MM-yy GGGGG'. One would expect this to be changed to 'dd-MM-y GGGGG' too.
