Add name for emoji "people holding hands"

In late-breaking news, the UTC has added a new emoji sequence, for which we'll need a name and keywords in v35. Here is an English version:

<annotation cp="🧑‍🤝‍🧑" type="tts">people holding hands</annotation>

This is a gender-neutral version of:

  1. http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/de/People/6c56ce12df2e0fa7
  2. http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/de/People/67112cc8ac623bec
  3. http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/de/People/31ca799fa401ad21

(Change /de/ in the URLs to the relevant locale code)

So people should be able to copy one of those and make the necessary changes.

We do not require the new keywords, since we can construct from the intersection of keywords for

  1. http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/de/People/1afa3b0b286c2258
  2. http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/de/People/3cefdccae5710843
  3. http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/de/People/652a5c0298510efb

and adding

However, it is slightly simpler if vetters add them when they do the name.

In http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/sv/People/46b2cba303ebb2ca, this one strangely got an initial uppercase letter and missing the "two":

"Personer som håller hand" -> "två personer som håller hand"

But... the "som" is an improvement, so other similar cases should get a "som" as well:

"två kvinnor håller hand" -> "två kvinnor som håller hand"
(etc. for a few more cases "... håller hand" -> "... som håller hand")

The 'nb' ones should have "holder hender" instead of "leier" (the latter means "leads", as in helping someone and in the process holding hands; but I think the intent here is more general, and include also "romantically holding hands", which I'd say "leier" does not include).

Somehow the "two" ("to" in Norwegian) got missed out as well.

For "da" there is a spurious comma: "mennesker, der holder hånd". Further, other similar ones have "hånd i hånd" (an expression that would work for all of the Scandinavian languages, and English "hand in hand"), so it is not systematic. Either "hånd i hånd" or "holder hånd" for all similar entries, but not mix.

For "is" (and "fo"), they too use "leiðast" ("leading (eachother)") instead of "haldast í hendur". Should at least be double-checked.

I cannot change any of these at this time...
