Description (last modified by mark) (diff)

(from discussion on email)

Add a number range pattern

Root can use the ASCII hyphen-minus for compatibility. English should use an en-dash; Taiwan and Korean can use a wavy dash); see http://tw.weather.yahoo.com/

Need to find out about ja and zh in particular.

Could have default range pattern, and then override this for specific purposes: date, number, temperature, currency, etc.
