UTS#35 (LDML) Annex N (Transforms) minor editorial bug

I just discovered a minor editorial error in the text of Annex N (Transforms) of UTS#15 (LDML).
In this text:
For example, to convert from an arrow signs to the word "arrow", use one of the following rules: \← → arrow\ sign ; '←' → 'arrow sign' ; '←' → arrow' 'sign ;
the leading sentence should read:
For example, to convert from an arrow sign to the words "arrow sign", ...
The confusion comes from the incorrect plural of "signs" (when the example exhibit only one sign) and the incorrect singular of "word" where the example shows that the replacement contains two words, including the missing " sign"...
