Description

Section 5.14.3, Setting Options, of UTS 35 describes caseLevel as "If set to on, a level consisting only of case characteristics will be inserted in front of tertiary level. To ignore accents but take cases into account, set strength to primary and case level to on."

I think "in front of tertiary level" should really be "between primary and secondary level". "In front of tertiary level" is normally interpreted as "between secondary and tertiary level", but then it would still distinguish based on accents.
