Description

Per Apple's Chinese vetter we missed entering correct options for these three entries:

Code Lists: Languages:
Pangasinan 邦阿西楠语
should be changed to 邦阿西楠文

Zhuang 壮语
should be changed to 壮文

In the interest of time I went ahead and added these values to the survey tool. They still require votes to be approved. Also the last value creates a duplicate against Hangul which would have to be resolved: http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/survey?_=zh&x=Scripts#x@7ad00979b08041a

Apple's Chinese linguist has been informed and will try to gather consensus amongst the other vetters.
