ST: record JavaScript, offer button to send for analysis

Reported by: srl Owned by: srl
Component: survey Data Locale:
Phase: dsub Review:
Weeks: Data Xpath:
Xref:

Description

trap and record (on the client) the Javascript console.

Add a button, shown to TCs only for now, to send the contents to the server (into a DB) for analysis.

In the future, have a 'report problem to CLDR' button on error messages.

(Note, must go into DB instead of filing a bug, because the console can contain login information)
