Description

We use to have this data in CLDR, but we removed it. Now a particular customer with millions of users needs it back.

Travis, when something is in design, that means it isn't fully approved for changes, until the committee sees a design for it (and approves that design). In this case, it is the proposed structure (DTD, data example).
