ST 2014 UI: URL navigation broken?

It seems that the 2014 UI isn't as navigable via URL as previously. Changing the URL doesn't always go to the right place, which means that your "work place" isn't bookmarkable or resumeable as previously.

r10339 may have fixed it. I don't have a good URL now.

going to ​http://st.unicode.org/smoketest/v#/sv/Number_Formatting_Patterns/24a93b3d14ba17b2 goes to the right spot, but leaves the main area "dark" (unclickable) for a few seconds or until you show/hide the sidebar

r10569 attempted to fix an issue as such:

• go to some locale page such as ​​http://st.unicode.org/smoketest/v#/sv/Number_Formatting_Patterns/24a93b3d14ba17b2
• go to the Cogwheel and choose statistics
• go to the left hand sidebar - still shows information about the sublocale you were previously in.

r10569 caused some other problems though - showing the list of locales at incorrect times.
