ST needs better feedback in add/manage user actions

When you add a user, it tells you the user was added. Then it says the password isn't automatically sent, and gives a button for that action. If you push the button, the screen changes but there is no feedback as to whether it did the action or what. The display just changes, and gives you a table with the one user in it. So if you select "send password" and then "do action", it does something... but again, doesn't tell you what, if anything, it did.
