Likely subtag for Ancient Greek and Bihari

Description

Likely subtag for ancient Greek is grc_Cprt_CY, i.e. Cypriot script, on Cyprus. That seems weird. I would suggest grc_Grek_GR.

For Bihari, the most likely script is listed as Kaithi, but that was historically the case, per Wikipedia now Devanagari is used. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bihari_languages

On the other hand, it would seem correct to have Bihari as the most common language for historical Kaithi script.

According to a note in the lang/pop spreadsheet, Bihari is "officially absorbed into Hindi" so if it exists at all in CLDR, it must be an alias. There is no associated population.

For Ancient Greek, I updated the lang/script sheet to show Grek as "primary" but I don't really know if that's sufficient to fix this problem.

As far as Bihari is concerned, I just want the default script to come out as Devanagari. I don't know how "absorbed" would be implemented in CLDR, but of course the default script for Hindi is Devanagari as well.
