Unicode 8.0 script metadata

Description

Update script metadata for Unicode 8.0. http://cldr.unicode.org/development/updating-codes/updating-script-metadata

I already added data for the six new scripts to the spreadsheet, and Roozbeh reviewed the sample characters.

However, the CLDR/TestScriptMetadata/TestBasic test fails for them, apparently until ICU4J UScript is updated.

  • Ok to ignore errors for now?
  • Hack ScriptMetadata.java until ICU4J is on 8.0?
  • Wait?

This should be done before 28 dsub starts ( May 1 ) so that we can get translations for the new script names via survey tool.

The new script names need to be added to common/main/en.xml, and the script codes added to common/supplemental/coverageLevels ( under key %script100 ) so that the new script names will show up in CLDR survey tool.

Done. Three scripts were already there, I added the other three.
