Add test for consistent periods in abbreviations

Reported by: mark Owned by: emmons
Component: other Data Locale:
Phase: dsub Review: mark
Weeks: Data Xpath:
Xref:

ticket:8240

Description

See 8240:

The first 3 Months have dots: "Jan." "Feb." "Mrt."
The other 9 do not: "Apr", "Mei", "Jun", "Jul", "Aug", "Sep", "Okt", "Nov", "Des"

Where we have abbreviated values (Months, Days, etc.), add a ST test that all the values have periods or not.

There is one exception: exclude values that match the long forms. That would allow "May" below.

Jan.
Feb.
Mar.
Apr.
May
Jun.
Jul.
...
