ga-IE numbers' bug

Reported by: maria@… Owned by: mark
Component: plurals Data Locale:
Phase: dsub Review:

Description

The rules listed, while somewhat correct, veer away enormously from traditional number rules in Irish from 10 onwards.

I suggest the following changes:
one: 1, 11
two: 2, 12
few: 3-6, 13-16
many: 7-10, 17-19
other: 0, 20-999;
1.2, 2.07, 3.94, 7.81, 11.68

The rules applied from 1-19 are normally applied to all numbers in Irish. This is not applicable here because of the complexity involved. The singular should be used in all cases where the number is not given (i.e. replaced by placeholder).
