We need some references regarding use of Latin script. Ethnologue only mentions Arabic.

comment:2 Changed 3 years ago by Mjbmr <mjbmri@…>

Relying on Ethnologue is not always good, linguists from University of Balochistan are contacting to use Latin script for Balochi language, but I only find Latin texts for Eastern Baluchi.

There might be errors in Ethnologue data as well and I recommend to contact them with corrections. Regarding University of Balochistan work, it would be helpful to have some links to refer to for confirmation. Otherwise, I suggest to add this with Arabic script for now and when we have enough evidence that the use of Latin script is common for Eastern Baluchi, we add it as bgp_Latn (similar to my suggestion for Brahui in ticket:8555). Does this make sense?
