Japanese "relativeTimePattern-count-other" doesn't requires spaces

Reported by: Ryuichi Okumura <okuryu@…> Owned by: yoshito
Component: main Data Locale: ja
Phase: rc Review:
Weeks: Data Xpath: 7b1d0a7c01f0d438

Currently, all "relativeTimePattern-count-other" data (1) in Japanese have a space between "{0}" and the relative format string (e.g. "日前") like "{0} 日前", but they're not required in Japanese sentence actually.

            "relativeTime-type-past": {
              "relativeTimePattern-count-other": "{0} 日前"

Is it possible to change to non-space format like "{0}日前"?
