ST: consistent colors for aliases

Description

With the new soft votes and highlighting of inherited items, I'm often confused as to where items are inherited from. Sometimes it's from the same item in a different locale and sometimes it's from a different item in the same locale. When highlighting the item, we should show where it's coming from.

Bonus points if the inheritance indicator is linked to the parent item.

Make different color if inherits from same locale. Use color-blind color.
In the infobar, show the Pathheader of the source.
