Use DtdData sorting whenever possible.

In the PathHeader.java sorting functions, we have redefined things like:

static String[] months = { "Jan", "Feb", "Mar",

"Apr", "May", "Jun",
"Jul", "Aug", "Sep",
"Oct", "Nov", "Dec",
"Und" };

static List<String> days = Arrays.asList("sun", "mon",

"tue", "wed", "thu",
"fri", "sat");

Would be much better and cleaner to just use the ordering as defined in DtdData, so that we don't need to have multiple copies floating around. For example, for days you can use:

static List<String> days = DtdData.dayValueOrder.getOrder();

There are quite a few other places where days = sun ... sat are redefined unnecessarily. Should probably clean those up as well.
