for ticket:9077 it would be helpful to have some release date metadata.

The first two columns of http://cldr.unicode.org/index/downloads would be a good start.


An example (but not, of course, proscriptive here) might be http://icu-project.org/xml/icumeta.xml

ticket:6375 - if the *phases* were included in metadata, the ST could use that to display:

Vetting phase is scheduled to end on yyyy-mm-dd (in 3 days, 48 hours).
